Pick-up truck taxis can take you from the pier to Sairee, and Mae Haad and Sairee are also linked by a flat brick path, a 15-minute walk between the villages. There is no parking at the hotel. Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:30, so plan your arrival within those hours.

For more beach time, Ao Hin Wong is 1.2 km away and Laem Thian is 2.2 km away. Nangyuan Island is 3.6 km away; the three islets are joined by sandbars and can be reached by long-tail boat. Diving is a major island activity, with sites including Chumphon Pinnacle, Japanese Gardens and the HTMS Sattakut wreck. Sairee and the west coast are generally the calmer side from November to March, while rough seas can disrupt ferries, especially from November to January.
